1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and guidelines for using the ProTools Bundle platform, services, and tools (collectively, the "Services"). By using ProTools Bundle, you agree to comply with this AUP in full.
Violations of this policy may result in warnings, suspension, or immediate termination of your account without refund. ProTools Bundle reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation without prior notice, and may involve law enforcement authorities if warranted.
2. Lawful Use Only
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this AUP and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including but not limited to:
- Intellectual property laws — respect copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property rights
- Data protection laws — comply with GDPR, DPDP Act, CCPA, and any other applicable privacy regulations
- Anti-spam laws — comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and similar regulations governing electronic communications
- Export control laws — comply with applicable export and sanctions regulations
- Any other applicable laws — comply with all laws relevant to your jurisdiction and use case
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ProTools Bundle:
3.1 Fraud & Misrepresentation
You may not use ProTools Bundle to create, distribute, or promote fraudulent content, scams, or deceptive practices. This includes:
- Creating fake accounts or providing false registration information
- Impersonating any person, organization, or entity
- Using unauthorized payment methods or stolen financial information
- Any activity designed to defraud or deceive others
3.2 Spam & Unsolicited Communication
You may not use ProTools Bundle for sending unsolicited bulk messages or any form of spam. Prohibited activities include:
- Sending unsolicited commercial emails (UCE) or mass messages
- Using our tools to distribute spam content
- Harvesting email addresses or contact information without consent
- Sending messages to recipients who have not consented or opted in
3.3 Security Violations
You may not attempt to breach, disrupt, or compromise the security of ProTools Bundle or any third-party systems. Prohibited activities include:
- Unauthorized access attempts to any account or system
- Scanning, probing, or testing infrastructure for vulnerabilities without authorization
- Using automated bots or scrapers beyond permitted use
- Distributing viruses, malware, ransomware, or other malicious code
- Initiating denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Circumventing or bypassing security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions
3.4 Content & Intellectual Property Violations
You may not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of ProTools Bundle or any third party. Prohibited activities include:
- Uploading or distributing content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights
- Scraping, redistributing, or republishing platform content without authorization
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our tools or platform
- Removing or altering proprietary notices, copyright labels, or trademark identifiers
3.5 Harassment & Harm
You may not use ProTools Bundle to harass, threaten, abuse, or harm any person or group. Prohibited activities include:
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or defamation of any individual or group
- Content promoting violence, discrimination, or hatred based on protected characteristics
- Stalking, doxing, or sharing private information without consent
- Distributing explicit or adult content without proper age verification controls
3.6 Reselling & Commercial Misuse
You may not resell, sublicense, or misuse ProTools Bundle access without prior written permission. Prohibited activities include:
- Reselling ProTools Bundle subscriptions or access without express written authorization
- Providing managed services to third parties using ProTools Bundle
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
- Exceeding your licensed seat or user limits
- Pricing arbitrage, fraudulent transactions, or deceptive commercial practices
3.7 Data Processing Restrictions
When processing personal data through ProTools Bundle, you must comply with applicable data protection laws:
- EEA Personal Data: You may not process personal data of EEA residents without complying with GDPR requirements, including lawful basis, data subject rights, and data processing agreements
- Indian Personal Data: You may not process personal data of Indian residents without a lawful basis under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act
- Sensitive Data: You may not process special category or sensitive personal data without explicit, freely given consent and proper legal basis
- Data Rights: You may not process any data through ProTools Bundle for which you do not have the legal right or consent to process
4. API & Rate Limiting
Use of ProTools Bundle APIs and integrations is subject to the following restrictions:
- All API usage is subject to plan-based rate limits. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension
- You may not exceed your allocated API quota or usage limits under your subscription plan
- Caching, storing, or republishing data obtained through our APIs beyond what is permitted in your agreement is prohibited
- Sharing API keys publicly or with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited
- You must implement appropriate rate limiting on your own applications integrating with ProTools Bundle
Consequences: Excessive API usage may result in automatic throttling, temporary suspension of API access, or account termination without refund.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately to our team:

When reporting, please include:
- Nature of the suspected violation and which AUP section it pertains to
- Affected account usernames or email addresses, if known
- Evidence supporting the report (screenshots, logs, or other documentation)

All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly. We may share relevant information with affected parties or law enforcement when appropriate.
6. Enforcement & Consequences
ProTools Bundle reserves the right to take enforcement action at its sole discretion. Consequences for violations may include, but are not limited to:
- Warning: A formal notice requiring corrective action within a specified timeframe
- Temporary Suspension: Account access suspended for a defined period while investigation occurs
- Permanent Termination: Immediate account termination for severe violations or repeated offenses
- Immediate Termination: For severe violations, imminent harm to users or systems, or illegal activity
- Legal Action: Pursuit of civil remedies, injunctive relief, or damages as appropriate
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: Reporting violations to and cooperating with relevant authorities
No Refunds: Account terminations resulting from AUP violations are not eligible for refunds. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
