1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the ProTools Bundle website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by ProTools Bundle ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "user," or "Subscriber") and ProTools Bundle, a brand operated by Viralgrowth360. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Services
ProTools Bundle provides a cloud-based platform offering access to 100+ first-party SEO, AI, and digital marketing tools (collectively, the "Tools"), accessible through our proprietary dashboard on a subscription basis. Specific features, tool availability, and usage limits are determined by your chosen plan.
We reserve the right to add, remove, or replace tools in our catalog at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Subscribers of significant changes.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use ProTools Bundle. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Accounts are non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials with third parties. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
All subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' prior written notice.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Payment processing: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, our authorized payment processor. ProTools Bundle does not store your full credit or debit card details. Payment data is handled per Razorpay's privacy and security policies.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Available cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallet methods vary by country, currency, and merchant configuration and are shown at checkout.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process again within 5 business days. Access may be suspended if payment is not received within 14 days.
5. Money-Back Guarantee
All new subscriptions are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with ProTools Bundle for any reason within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at protoolsbundle25@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period, but you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
6. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting protoolsbundle25@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
7. Refund Policy
ProTools Bundle offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, email protoolsbundle25@gmail.com for a full refund.
Refunds after 7 days are not eligible except in cases of billing errors or service unavailability. Monthly add-ons and one-time purchases are non-refundable. Refunds processed within 5–10 business days via Razorpay. See our Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include: using tools for spam or harassment, scraping platform content without authorization, unauthorized access attempts, using bots to abuse the platform, reselling access without permission, and any illegal or fraudulent use. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on ProTools Bundle are the property of ProTools Bundle or its licensors, protected by copyright and trademark law. You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content") and grant ProTools Bundle a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it solely for providing the Services.
10. Third-Party Services
ProTools Bundle may include links to third-party websites or services not owned by us. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, products, or services.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. ProTools Bundle AND VIRALGROWTH360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProTools Bundle, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, violation of third-party rights, or User Content you submit.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may submit to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in New Delhi, India.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide 30 days' notice via email or within the Services. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
15. Grievance Redressal
